LED Indicators

Description of ELM327 LEDs

- We will define in a generic way the meaning of the led indicators of ELM327 devices.

• Power - Red Led: Indicates that the adapter is connected and turned on. It should stay on all the time.
• Tx OBD - Yellow Led: Blinks when data is sent from the device to the vehicle.
• Rx OBD - Green Led: Blinks when data is sent from the vehicle to the device.
• Tx USB - Yellow Led: Blinks when data is sent from the PC to the device.
• Rx USB - Green Led: Blinks when data is sent from the device to the PC.
